Due to the situation of COVID-19 all purchases made are final at this moment we do not accept any Refunds or Exchanges for store credit.
Mali Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. All claims regarding incomplete delivery issues should be filed directly with USPS. https://www.usps.com
Cancellations
We are unable to make any modifications or cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse. We recommend contacting United States Post Office https://www.usps.com with your tracking number to request an address change.
Damaged Items
If an Item is damaged please email us a photo of damage item and copy of the order or order number to our email Malionline@yahoo.com, We do not offer Return Labels, customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned item. We must receive item within 7 days of the original delivery date specified on the tracking number provided. After we receive item it will go through an inspection to determine if item qualifies for Store Credit. Item must be unworn, with original tags attached and Odorless and no Stains.
